Profile: Adedayo Adeniyi
Adedayo has over eight years of experience in various fields in community development advocacy and leadership development training.
Currently, he is the Executive Director of Matadors Leadership Institute, an organization he founded that is committed to developing and teaching leadership as a service to society to cause transformational change to happen.
Adedayo has a proven track record in facilitating training sessions on personal and organizational leadership, change management and personal branding and he uses story telling as a tool to communicate the ideals of leadership to a wide audience through an online portal, Tell Your Naija Story.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Obafemi Awolowo University and he has authored 3 books on leadership development and written numerous unpublished poems.
He was recognized as one of the 1,000 outstanding young leaders committed to impacting the continent from Sub-Saharan Africa and was selected to participate in Mandela Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders Initiative started off by the former US President, Barack Obama.
Adedayo trained as a civic leader at the Staley School of Leadership Studies, Kansas State University and runs a Leadership Clinic in 4 Nigerian States among many other leadership sessions he facilitates across the country.
